Projects to be supported should meet the following criteria:

• · Sustainable and preferably not have a one-off impact
• · Mc Connell Security Group ( ea ) staff should be engaged and learn from it
• · Mc Connell Security Group ( ea ) involvement should be visible to community, media and other stakeholders
